PFI Audits 

Working in partnership with Croner and HCP, audits were carried out on various hospitals and schools around the country.  Engaged by the PFI, each facilities management company was audited to find out if they were statutorily and contractually compliant.  Amazing  results came out of the audits, and significant changes have been made.

Hydro-Electric Power Stations & Landfill gas

Working on behalf of Infinis, Sand SHE carried out audits of renewable power stations and landfill gas power stations.  Ensuring that the stations were run in a safe condition and that the engineers were adhering to company standards and requirements.

Foundry Auditing

Sand SHE carried out  audits of JVM Worcester and Tamworth and Charter Castings.  The audit centred on facilities management compliance and statutory compliance, along with an audit of their health and safety management system.  Assisiting the company in remaining compliant and progressing their health and safety management to the next level.
